1964 Vintage Fender Jaguar

This original 1964 Jaguar is in overall very good to excellent condition. The guitar is all original with the exception of the body, which has been re-finished by one of the top restoration shops in the US. Someone had painted (white) over the original finish rather crudely. Tried to remove that finish, but couldn't be done, so had to do a body refinish. The neck and headstock finish are all original and in excellent shape, as are the electronics and fittings. The tuners have been replaced by reproduction Klusons. The original tuners are included (see picture). Neck shows virtualy no wear. Comes with original blode Tolex case which shows a fair amount of wear. Same owner last 30 years. Comes equipped with flatwound stings (wound-G), the way they were originally set up.
