Fender craftsmen have reproduced Cobain’s battle-hardened left-handed Jaguar down to the last unusual detail, including its worn finish, dual humbucking pickups and unique electronics and controls (which were already in place when Kurt acquired the guitar in summer 1991).

Up for grabs is a RARE left-handed Fender Jaguar 66 reissue from Japan. Not many of these out there. 
It's in excellent used condition - a few very small nicks in the finish on the body, a couple little necks on the back of the neck. Nothing that affects playability. (The line on the body near the neck joint is only in the finish - the body wood is solid.)
Frets show wear, which I've tried to show in one of the photos, but it doesn't detract from how the guitar plays. 
It's a BEAUTY. 
Serial no: U013___ this dates it to 1995-96 from the Fuji-gen factory in Japan. 
I'll include 2 tremolo arms (of different heights). Guitar will be carefully packed (box within box) and ship insured.

Fender Jaguar Three Tone Sunburst 1967

Summary

Body: Ash

Neck: Maple neck and rosewood fretboard with dot inlays

Pickups/Hardware: Two single coil pickups, tremolo bridge, and Fender tuners

Cosmetic Condition:
The body has dings and scratches in it, mostly on the sides and back,
some of which runs through the finish, particularly the buckle rash on
the back. The neck and headstock are both still fairly glossy and are in
great shape. It's been played, but still looks and plays great!

Modifications:
The original serialized neck plate has been replaced with a blank
chrome neck plate, however, the pickups date to 1967 and the neck and
potentiometers date to 1966 as this is a unique, transitional Jaguar.

The LG-1200 is a special order guitar
made in 1982 as a remake of the 1960's LG-350T DX only it has a
beautiful neck-through construction instead of the earlier LG-350T DX
bolt on neck.

Rare guitar, these were made by order
and not production line.

The absolute top end of Japanese
Production.

There is a burn mark on the back about the size of a fifty cent piece which happened sometime in it's history. Apart from that, it has been played, and the mini toddle has been replaced with a new switch of the same type.(The original is included in the case.) There is one screw missing on the pickguard, all the wiring is original, the guitar is totally original except for the mini switch replacement. All wiring is original and the switch is identical to the original in manufacture.

Solid maple body and neck with a
rosewood fretboard which has STAR inlays.

The neck body joint carve is the best
I've experienced for playability.

Very smooth Tremolo with a cast body. The bridge is a work of art, very high quality , solid and smooth.

This is a very cool guitar and is
exceptionally finely made.

With a German carve edge of the
Mosrites, the pickups resembling the Fender Jaguar and the maple body
wood of a Rickenbacker, this is one strange and very cool axe.

Toddle switch on horn;

• up - neck pickup
• centre - Neck and bridge pickup
• down - bridge

Mini Toddle next to Tone control;

• up - middle pickup
• centre - middle pickup + pickup selection from main toddle switch

I have played this one so I'm listing it as "used" but I can find no sign of cosmetic wear- no chips, dents, or scratches. This is not a floor model or customer return. The accessories pack has been opened but the cable, flat-wound strings, and trem arm are unused.
